Paul R was EXCELLENT to work with. He was straightforward and accommodating throughout the process. I knew exactly what I wanted so that helped me navigate through the process. The only opportunity the dealership had was the cut down on the time it took to move us over to finance; the paperwork process could definitely use some streamlining. However, I can't weigh that too heavily considering it was a Saturday in December when a lot of people were likely buying cars. Also, fully think through what they try to sell you in the finance office - they definitely make some money here and they've got plenty of services they're trying to offer you. I hope to work with Paul in the future!
