Vandergriff Acura
Dealership Sales Review
My and my wife's experience with Vandergriff was fantastic. I was interested in an Acura TL and knew my budget limitations. I initially called the dealership and was put in touch with Eric Blair, New Car Sales Manager, and, a little to my surprise, we began talking by e-mail. I told him what I was looking for and he quoted me a price that was outside my budget, although not a bad price at all. I responded with the price that I felt would work for me and stated that I fully understood if the car could not be sold at that price. Eric stated that he could do the deal and we moved forward. Two days later, my family and I went to the dealership to handle the necessary paperwork and pick up the car. The process was seamless. The finance manager, Holly, was very nice and very low pressure regarding the various options that were available. Steve, the internet sales manager spent approx. 45 minutes going over the more technical features of the car and was extremely cordial. While most of Eric's work had been done previously by e-mail, he remained very involved and welcoming to the dealership. Landry, another salesman, was also involved in various aspects of the transaction and was extremely cordial and knowledgeable. Finally, I cant say enough good things about Robert Knowles, the General Manager. He, as most GM's are, was heavily involved in the process, but having already secured the purchase price by e-mail, there was no back and forth between the salesman and GM that I was used to when purchasing a car. Mr. Knowles is very courteous and gives the impression that he knows customers have a choice and truly appreciates people who enter his dealership. My experience is that this dealership operates with a high degree of integrity that starts at the top (Mr. Knowles) and flows down. I would not hesitate to do future business with them or recommend anyone to them.
