They misdiagnosed my vehicle

If I could provide 0 stars for the service department I would! Took truck there due to vandalism in the fuel tank. The whole fuel system was changed due to the issue. Once they replaced it all they called me stating truck would not start and motor was locked. Kid you not it's a 2024. They said they would pull oil pan and see what the issue might be. Pedro from Service called asking about how often oil changes were done. It had 4 or 5 oil changes done since we got the truck. They insisted it was due to poor maintenance. We were well aware of that not being possible. They kept insisting with the same issue basically calling us liars. Picked up my truck to get a second diagnoses at MONAHANS GMC which They went above and beyond to help me address this issue since truck is new and still under warranty. But Pedro from Andrews made sure and told me he would make sure that my warranty would be voided due to lack of maintenance. Told Pedro when we picked up truck we wanted to speak to his manager because service ticket he gave us at 1st was not correct and said it was his mistake that he would give me corrected one when we picked up truck. Never received a call from service manager. The other dealership suggested I call the general manager so we could all work together through this and all he said was " what do you want". And ended up saying I cant help you due to records of the oil they received. Not even after telling him whoever replaced my fuel system dropped an end cap in the driver side intake. My truck had been there since November 2023. GM finally declared engine did NOT fail due to lack of maintenance. The Monahans GMC very recommended found out it was still due to the vandalism and helped me fix my truck since Andrew's misdiagnosed it and would not help me out in any way. So thanks to Andrews GMC my truck was in the shop for 8 months. Just because they are not willing to help out their customers. Tim and Carlos from Monahans GMC are very well recommended if you ever need service on your vehicles.
