Street Toyota

I went pre-approved looking to buy a full size pickup truck. Salesman John Shankle was excellent in helping my find a used vehicle with very low miles that fit my specific needs. I was given a very fair price on my trade in as well. I was sent to do my final paperwork while Mr. Shankle was putting gas in the vehicle I was buying. The gentleman I was then doing paperwork with was professional, but also indifferent or at least that's how he felt to me. It was the end of the work day and I'm sure he was ready to ger home. But I felt as if this part of the process was rushed, but professionalism was still maintained. Based on this is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5.
