Staring issue - relay

onI dropped my ford off and explained I had intermittent starting issue that I thought was a relay. They replaced the relay (a $10.55 part) but charged me $343.14!!!! They took the time to tell me I should have another $2,700 worth of repairs - I guess that is why the charges are so high they spent “hours” locating additional issues and not just fixing what I asked them to do. I was looking at the Maverick as a replacement vehicle but I will not be buying it from Gene Messer if I do. Stay away - they should be ashamed of themselves.
