We were traveling from Dallas to Colorado for a ski week and stayed in Amarillo overnight. When we arrived I knew my truck had a problem. The next morning I called the Gene Messer service dept. and they immediately told me to come over. I met with Damien Gregor, he took a ride in my truck and immediately told me it needed to be looked at. They found out we were traveling and immediately got my truck back for diagnosis. There were some serious brake and suspension issues. It took them a 1-1/2 days, but got my truck fixed! Damien kept me apprised of the progress on a regular basis. I have never had a dealership service group treat me the way Damien did! They were awesome. The mechanic even took me in the shop and showed me the issues!
