Very Disappointing service. I called before and asked if I needed to make a appointment for a oil change one on the service staff said no you don't as long as your here before 4:30. I came in before that time and the service guy on the Very end next to the lobby said what can I help you with. I told him a oil change and he said with a rude and smart attitude of you know how much work we have and do i want to come back another day. I informed him I did as I was instructed and now your backing out on me after I left work early. The service rep then insuated that I was a liar and began asking the other service staff if I called them. Then he gets so rude and frustrated that the other tech Ryan Very professionally stepped in and said sir I'm very sorry I can help you. The add coupon I received wouldnt be honored by Gene Messer Ford for the oil change. It was still current and it came directly from my dealer which I found to be not only bait and switch but very disappointing. Ryan the tech was great, and rectified the situation as best he could. Never thought I would get that kind of service, my family and I bought so many new cars from them.
