Horrible. Worse experience with my vehicle. I would rather drive to another town before bringing my vehicle to this location. On a scheduled service for my vehicle it took 15 days of it sitting in the lot to get in shop. When asked if I could come get vehicle and bring it back when there was an opening they said ( you will go to the bottom of list). Once it go into the shot took 2 hours to diagnose and another 6 days to fix the part that was informed to (me was in house). So after 21 days I went to pick my vehicle up and it was dead. The battery’s were completely drained even tho it was started less than a hour prior. Then when I got into the vehicle to see if it was fixed to my surprise after 21 days it was still there. I looked at paper work again and the mechanic said ( can’t hear noise) so I drove it up to the service doors and got the shop supervisor in the truck and he informed me he could hear it plain as day. He took it around with a mechanic then while I waited I told my service rep who supposedly called me every other day ( is a lie) I called him and half the time would not answer. Told me there is no way it was dead like I was wrong. So I informed him to look at the cameras. He I guess got mad and left the building. The supervisor came back in apologized and got me a car ( only plus part to the hole experience hints the 1 star) and told me he would get it fixed the next day.
