onHad a cable operating the transmission shifter come loose! Gearshift stuck in reverse. Mobile unit coming to the house was a God Send. Mr Bershears was very cordial and knowledgeable. Had the problem fixed in 20-30 minutes. The service department was very easy to work with. I will not hesitate to use Gene Messer Ford in the future!
