Anti Theft Device Locked up the truck.

onMy truck would not start because the anti theft device would not allow it to start. I didn’t have my original remote and was using one from auto zone which would not reset the anti theft. It was a simple fix for the technician. Apparently once he got it sure enough less than an hour. However my biggest problem it took 15 days from the time I dropped it off until I got it back. Why do I have to schedule an appointment to visit with the service counter to hand you my keys when you’re not even ready for the truck. If you are this behind it’s time you higher some help. This is the second time I have waited for weeks to have my truck looked at.
