Awesome experience

onI was totally impressed with how I was treated . My wife and I are full time rv’ers and we experienced a def issue with our 2019 F350 DRW, which necessitated being towed in. It was less than an hour from the time I called in to their Service Dept to the time the flat bed showed up. With the vehicle at the dealership I was explained what was going to happen, advised how long it would take and given a ride back to our RV park. I was kept up to date on service status throughout the day. And even though it carried into a second day, I was pleased with their work and the people that I dealt with, especially JC at the Service desk.
