One star is more than Gene Messer Ford deserves

onService department is a joke. Absolutely no service and they treat customers terribly. I had an appointment for service, arrived on time, waited for 4 hours and my car was never touched. Was told there was no reason and evidently they didn’t care enough about my business to try and make it right. Took my keys & records and walked away. Stay away from Gene Messer Ford if you are under the illusion that a Service Department is supposed to provide actual service. Their prices are also over the top in comparison to other dealerships.
