I was very impressed with Megan Davis, my Sales Representative. She greeted me as I exited my vehicle. She knew more about cars than the stereotypical 'guy'! My Mom was with me (who is 82) and she doesn't impress easily and Megan managed to impress her with her knowledge, not only of cars, but of the Buick and the Encore, in particular. Not to forget the financing team, I felt like they were working for me too. I traded up in Encores and managed to keep the same lease payment! Plus, the guys were fun and were willing to share their lunch. Going the extra mile for a customer, that's what customer service is all about. I would not hesitate to go back to this dealership again."|"
