Terrible communication from service

Someone needs to call me back. Gordy and the general manager should know my situation and get involved. I just bought the brand new truck on the 6th and the CEL has come on 3 times now. Nobody from service will now answer my call or call me back like I have been told twice. And I called 3 different numbers for service and never got an answer on any. Even left a voicemail and don’t get a response. Truck has 500 miles on it. Brand new, CEL 3 times and nobody is being helpful. Lemon law has almost approached us with this vehicle. And they already sold my vehicle trade. So I need some executive and upper management involvement in this to show Autonation actually cares for their customers and not just a dollar bill.
