This dealer is NOT internet sale friendly, even during these pandemic times. My wife and I could not purchase a vehicle after multiple attempts on offering a sight unseen purchase. They ran our credit report three times and could NOT give us specifics about our loan. Andy, the sales manager was NOT sympathetic to the situation and actually blame everything on the salesman helping us, without taking accountability of his staff. This company is a sales driven company and you are only as good as a salesman you get on the phone! STAY AWAY! A company should not have to be perfect, but what separates any company from it’s competitors is how they handle their issues, situations or even mistakes! which Andy Only could do was laugh and say, “ I said, I was sorry”
