Worst car buying experience of my life. Bought a 2020 Ford F-250 off their lot on February 12th. Less than 2 weeks later and about 400 miles the truck is sitting at the ford dealership with about $7k worth of parts and damages that need to be replaced. To start the fuel pump is bad on it. You can hear the fuel pump making noises. The whole front end needs to be replaced as axles seals are leaking, ball joints are bad, tie rod and drag link need to be replaced as well as the steering stabilizer. Also the transmission gasket seal is leaking. This dealership takes no accountability for their actions and lets vehicles with safety concerns drive off their lot. Steve the sales manager takes no accountability nor does he care about customer service. He claims they checked the vehicle yet all these problems are going on with the truck. Avoid this dealership at all cost unless you want to spend another $7k out of pocket to fix the vehicle you buy from them.
