I researched the batteries and found out one battery was a 2014 and the truck is 2016? Hmmm.... Wonder what is going on here??? Many lights are burned out and need to replaced. Oil looks dark and i have no idea when it was changed cause I'm sure someone could have just reset the electronic gauge. I was told to run the truck for 30 days and they take it in? Seems risky! Lastly, called the dealership day after i took delivery to speak with the sales manager who oversaw the transaction. He was too busy to speak with me cause he was helping potential customers and would be very busy all day. Wait, I thought I was a customer as I actually made a purchased. The person I spoke with took my information and said the sales manager would call me back. No call, i guess he was too busy and never called back! On a positive note, after many months of researching a ford f250 customized trucks, I finally found the perfect one at carsandpickups.com. Got exactly what I was after! The transaction was quick, efficient and seamless. Purchased on a tuesday and took delivery (1000 miles away) four days later!!! Awesome, well-done and very happy. So close............. Went from five star one star over basic functionality of the vehicle. Seems penny wise, pound foolish.
