Don't waste your time

Contacted Cars and Pickups after reading good reviews, soon after I was contacted by Clint and insulted on my trade with a price lower than any blue book out there. Was told I didn't have the model I said I did and offered 5k lower than other dealerships. Unfortunately I didn't get to continue my experience but it was clear it would be problems from here on out. Maybe you'll have better luck with Christian, I was ready to buy and quickly shooed away. I see they respond to bad reviews blaming the customer, dont believe this one.

Hello sir, thank you for acknowledging our good reviews. We strive very hard to provide excellent customer service. I called and left you a message in an effort to understand more about your experience with our dealership. I apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred. I am very sorry that you felt insulted with our trade appraisal. That certainly was not our intent. Of course, with you being from up north, oftentimes different markets will cause the value of a vehicle to vary. I also want to reference that you claimed Edmunds.com valued your truck at $16k. Our offer was/is higher than that. Also, since we are not able to see the truck in person, we are only able to use information that you provide to us in order to appraise your vehicle. The vin you provided shows your truck to be a Ford F-150 XLT not an FX4. Of course we have no control over the manufacturers data. If you feel the information you gave us is inaccurate please give us a call to discuss further. I gave you my cell phone number in the voicemail I left you.
