I was able to accomplish my objectives. I wanted to trade for a quality, larger, vehicle that would lower my payments. I had a very limited amount of time to get through the entire process and the sales team did their level best to expedite the sale. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 in overall satisfaction was as much or more my fault as anyone. Michael M. and his team made the experience good enough to move my mind away from the business side. It wasn't necessarily an emotional buy. I just let my guard down. I've been buying cars for 35 years and have developed self imposed rules and standards that I let slip by. The dealership met all of their objectives and met my stated objectives. I just let the term of the loan go too long. My credit is good enough that I could have been 100% satisfied. As it is, I have no room for complaint. It was a pleasant experience.
