Lithia Toyota of Abilene

Dear Sir: I recently purchased a new RAV 4 from Lithia in Abilene, TX and my salesman was Philip Underwood. Being an elderly lady and not having family close to counsel with on decisions like buying a car can be quite scary. I messaged Philip for about two weeks before finally deciding to go look at the 2019 models and compare prices. When your 73 years old, you are always hoping that you will be lucky enough to get help from someone that truly cares about people and not just about making another dollar. Us old ladies cannot be fooled that easily and as a matter of fact, most of us are on our toes to prevent being had upon making a deal. For two weeks, I texted him frequently with a multitude of questions and yet, he made me feel like I was his only customer and I knew I wasn't. Many times during the process of trying to decide what to do, he never left me hanging with an unanswered question and responded quickly to every single text. I thought to myself, here is one young man that loves his job and is not afraid to work and work honestly. I would love to meet the parents who raised him as they did an outstanding job teaching him how to love and treat people. You can tell his little family comes first and he is working tirelessly to give them the best life has to offer. So, I just want you to know what a pleasant experience it was for me and I can assure you that I will be sharing this information with friends and family and everyone I happen to meet this day forward.
