I hate buying a new car, the salesmen are always pushy and trying to sell you something you dont want. Mark Harris is not that salesman! He has to be the nicest salesman i have ever seen. He got me the exact truck i wanted, delivered it 90 miles for free, and the paperwork was exactly what we had agreed to on the phone. Even after the sale, after he received his cut for the sale, he calls me to see if i need help with setting anything up. Even to this day he still stays in touch asking if there are any questions he can help me with. This the is the first truck i have bought from Lithia but thanks to Mark it will NOT be the last.
