Straight forward, no pressure purchase. Dealing with everyone, from my salesperson Kristian, to the sales manager to the finance manager, was a easy and with no gimmicks ! I was given more than expected for my trade and got a great price on my 16 Tucson. I know this store well, as they have been my go-to for service on my VW GTI. Always good to deal with on every level.
