Sold my daughter a car with a known engine defect from factory. Then was lead to believe if we paid them a lot of money for an oil consumption test they could get her an engine replacement. Hyundai has a class action lawsuit for this problem . Paid the money , but was denied by Hyundai even though it failed all the tests. Was told by dealership the engine was not knocking so they wouldn’t honor warranty even though failed oil consumption test. Dealer ship sad they would help me with a solution, but all I got was you can trade car.
