Ford of Murfreesboro

My recent interaction with Ford of Murfreesboro was not a good one. I was looking for a specific vehicle that I was told by the sales person was very hard to find because they are very popular, but they don't make many of them. So I settled on a slightly different model and when I requested information from this dealer about a new car after several emails with questions I started receiving several responses that were not appropriate. I had to - on several occasions - let the sales person know that I did not appreciate the tone of the emails regarding MY purchase. The sales person put on a hard sell about putting a down payment down on several occasions, which I was not comfortable with at the time. After going around for several days, the sales person finally found a vehicle that met my needs and when I suggested a price, I was told they could not meet that price. I was never given a price from Ford of Murfreesboro and at that point I ended our search with them. I have since purchased a vehicle from a nearby dealer - getting the exact SUV that Ford of Murfreesboro told me was nearly impossible to find. I would not waste my time with this dealership.
