The service manager was very polite. I was given great detail and description of what was wrong with my vehicle. I do think that if you have and appointment that it should be honored, and if they are not able to get to you within an hour some one should let you know. Because customers make appointment for to be seen in a timely manner. I waited over 3.5 hours for to be seen. And was not offered a discount for my inconvenience.
