Waited six weeks to get my car fixed

onTook my car into the shop for thermostat issue and had to wait over six weeks without the car to get it back

Not getting any better the dealer asked me above to call him to make it right called him on Thursday now Saturday have not heard a word back from him. Their customer service is as fast as their actual repairs.
