AutoNation Ford Wolfchase
Dealership Service Review
This location does great service. I've never had an issue with their work. However, in January of 2023 I was told to schedule an appointment several months out for a timing code because they were short on techs. I scheduled the appointment for March. They had my truck a week and didn't look at it. I'm a teacher, so that was my spring break and I didn't really need my vehicle that week. Had to go get it because I had to go back to work. Was told to schedule another appointment several months out. I did, this time for June when we get out of school. I had to rent a vehicle this time because my child gets out of school the same time I do. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks before they looked at it. I had to actually go to the location to make sure my vehicle was going to be looked at as renting a vehicle was about $350 per week while they had mine. The service total was about $5000. I understand that with the work that needed done that it wasn't going to be cheap. I did have a 15% off coupon they honored, but the limit was only $150 off the total. My frustration with the whole thing is the time. I'm not sure why I'm being asked to schedule appointments several months ahead of time for my vehicle to sit at least a week in two separate instances and not even be looked at. If I am scheduling appointments, then I expect my vehicle to be worked on during that scheduled time. I sincerely hope that I don't have any further issues with my timing components, because there is no possible way I can afford to spend nearly $6000 a second time.
