AutoNation Ford Wolfchase

When i walked up to the door, i was immediately greeted by a salesman (steve). Steve was very cheery and helpful from the first second. He knew the used vehicle i was interested in and immediately went and got the keys for me to go look at it. He was knowledgeable during the test drive and had some pleasant chit chat. After returning to the dealership we went inside to discuss paperwork. Steve got some help from Gary B. both of the gentlemen were very helpful and easy to work with. We discussed some of my concerns and issues. Gary gave me every assurance that he would take care of them, which he did. Everyone seemed to have my concerns and interests in mind, they werent too pushy, but still were business focused. It was a very easy and calm experience unlike some of my past experiences at other dealerships. At the end of the day i decided to buy the vehicle. The gentlemen insisted that they get it detailed and have the mechanics look over it to check an engine issue i was concerned about. (ended up not having an issue) Steve came and picked me up from work the next day so that i could easily get my new vehicle home. I am very happy with my experience at Autonation and would be happy to do business there again.
