2020 Lincoln MKZ Reserve

I've never purchased a vehicle, not to mention such an expensive one, over the internet. The process took a lot longer than I anticipated, but am satisfied with the ending results. The salesman was very prompt in returning my calls, answering the questions I asked and notifying me when my transportation picked up the vehicle. I am somewhat disappointed that only 1 FOB was included and the trunk net was missing. All in all, I am happy with the vehicle.
