Dealership Service Review
I recently had a very disappointing experience at Greenway Kia of Hickory Hollow. The customer service provided by Amy was well below expectations. She lacked basic communication and interpersonal skills, frequently disregarded my concerns, and showed little to no effort in listening or explaining the service process for my Kia K5. Throughout the nearly two weeks my car was in for service, I was left uninformed and dispirited. Each time I attempted to reach out for updates, I was either ignored or hung up on. Not to mention, my car was damaged in the process of servicing it. The only saving grace in this situation was Travis(I believe that’s his name), the manager, who provided exceptional customer service and made an effort to resolve the issues I faced. However, Amy's unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy made the overall experience very stressful and unpleasant. I would strongly recommend considering other options if possible, given the poor customer service I encountered.
