Dealership Sales Review
On 08/30/24 we had bought a 2015 Kia Sedona from Greenway Kia. We were told that the vehicle was fully serviced by the dealer on 08/16/24 and was shown the car fax. We took the Kia Sedona to a mechanic on 09/05/24 due to a sound we were hearing, we were then told the Kia Sedona was without Motor mounts and had a cracked control arm. We have a warranty we purchased through our lender and they are requiring us to provide the inspection report from Greenway Kia due to the fact this was found so close to the purchase date. We began calling multiple times a day speaking with different departments from 09/06/24 to 09/09/24. We were told that this would be fixed, that we would receive the inspection report and sometimes just hung up on. The morning of 09/09/24 we were told that we will not be getting an inspection report, and that they will not be doing anything to assist us. One of two things happened, either the inspection report was not done, or greenway Kia willfully omitted the information of vehicle being damaged and needing repairs to be deemed safe to drive. I want to make sure this doesn’t happen to any other family who is trying to purchase a vehicle.
