I had seen these reviews on Edmunds and went to this dealer reluctantly. From the start, I was pleasantly surprised. The saleman, Mike Collins, was low-key, professional, and very helpful. We ended up buying the vehicle the next day after doing some price shopping. The manager, Scott, was highly professional and straightforward in negotiating the deal. Throughout the process there was no pressure, just an honest "here is what we can do." You might find a better deal somewhere else, but I think you will be very pleased with having visited this dealership for a quote. After buying the car, I went to the parts department to buy some floor mats and again was surprised that the mats were value priced and staff very friendly and helpful.
