Ashley was my sales person and the scope of her knowledge about Toyotas and competing brands was impressive. The sales experience was low pressure. When Ashley found out we were going to compare her dealer's Toyota Rav 4 to a Mazda cx-5 at a different dealer, she went the extra mile and pulled a CX-5 they had in inventory next to the Rav 4 we were looking at so we could compare them side- by-side. After I made my purchase, Ashley spent additional time going over all the additional features, even helping sync my cell phone to the car.
