East Coast Honda

I am normally a Ford man. Diehard Ford man. And I distrust all car salesmen implicitly. But my wife purchased a used Honda Ellement from East Coast Honda, and we have been dealing with them every since. They have changed my opinion about Car Salesmen, at least at this dealer. I have come away from there every time not feeling like I've been lied to or taken advantage of or that I was a waste of their time, and feeling like they just wasted mine. Quite the cotrary actuall. The folks at East Coast Honda have impressed me, the unimpressable. I have actually enjoyed my times at East Coast Honda. During the sale, and during scheduled services. Everyone who I have met there, from the lady at the front desk to the sales reps on the floor and the mechanics in the service department make you feel like YOU are the reason that they are there that day. They make you feel welcome and at ease. I have actually been inpressed with this dealership as a whole. I wish there were more dealerships run like this one. I dont know what they do differently, but whatever it is that they have, they have got it down pat!
