June 12 2018 my wife and I made the 3.5 hour trip down to Jim Hudson ford from NWNC because they had exactly what I was looking for 2014 F250. Salesman Chris Dawkins was awesome. Got the truck at a fair deal. Little did we know the batteries were dead in the truck. They jumped it off and said it should be fine it’s been sitting a while and hasn’t been drove. Said if if gave any problems to let them know and they would reimburse me money for batteries. Well 3 days go by and sure enough batteries die. I jump it off and take it to local parts store to have batteries tested. They were both bad. Nearly 500$ for two near batteries. I sent my salesman a text of the receipt and explained both batteries were bad he said well send you a check. They sent me a check to cover one battery.200$. Next my truck didn’t come with a owners manual we were told no problem we have plenty of them in our service department we’ll send you one. Well today made 26 days and 4 attempts later still no owners manual. Next my tag. The 30 day SC tag I have expires Thursday July 12 and my NC tag agency still has not received the info for the truck that should have been done within 5-7 business days. was supposedly mailed over night last week. I’ve called today 3 times and the lady I need to talk to will not return my calls. I will post an update if needed. But as of now I will not change my one star review.
