Sharon Grillo of Dick Brooks Honda was truly outstanding to consumate the transaction with. The agreement on price was beyond fair. Price offered was below MSRP. Dealer installed splash guards and rear cargo tray at no cost. I installed body side molding at my cost. I was introduced to the Sales Manager, Service Manager etc. Everyone wanted to make me feel welcome. A truly outstanding buying experience. They Honda CR-V EX-L 2012 is a remarkable beautiful vehicle. Dick Brooks is an outstanding dealer.Sharon Grillo and her assistance Elyssa Connolly are a dynamic sales team.
