Dick Brooks is fabulous to work with! They have the best customer service. They are no nonsense and don't play the other games some dealerships play. We purchased a 2010 CIvic. After a week, I was unhappy with it, and was able to make a switch for a 2010 Honda Fit Sport, which I absolutely LOVE! Sharon and Elyssa are great.
