Hilton Head Cadillac

Hilton Head Cadillac was tasked to locate a 2016 for me after coming off my lease of my 2014 CTS. The purchase of the 2016 XTS was overall a pleasant experience. The fairness in pricing and extra efforts to minimize the cost for transporting the car was more than I expected. The car was inspected and everything was properly done to ensure that the XTS was properly detailed. Throughout the process, the efforts of Tony Sundling to assist and make the experience move quickly and smoothly were appreciated. The only fault in the process was mine in not being properly prepared to identify the lending company with the best rates considering my credit rating. Of course its hard to get too detailed in this effort until you know the finance amount. Once I accepted the XTS, we should have taken the time to properly identify the lending company with the best rates. Chase would not have been my choice. Nowadays with the higher cost of cars, its imperative for the buyer and dealer to take the necessary time in choosing the lending company. Once again I want to thank Tony for all that he did for me and also to thank Tom Reed who worked the process behind the scenes to ensure all of my needs were attended to. I love the car and maybe next time I will be able to get the Phantom Gray.
