11/29/2024: service tech "Nicole"greeted me promptly for my 130P service appointment. vehicle tire PSI on the driver's side rear was reading 3 PSIs lower than the other 3 tires since 11/26/2024. yes I'm aware the cold weather impacts the PSI reading but the 3 PSI gap was a a red flag something wasn't right. the tire examination showed a nail in the tire. not happy that the tire was patched opposed to replacing the tire with the nail in it with a brand new tire since I have road hazard with Kia. 11/29/2024 courtesy wash: they did a great job. but entirely new staff. wasn't aware they were going to wash and vacuum. therefore, I didn't tell the service tech to only have the front vacuumed and the car washed because no one sits in the back seat. didn't realize they set an open 24-pack of can soda and 16-pack of 33 oz alkaline bottled water on floor of the back seat. since the box of soda was open, soda cans rolled out of the soda box. since the entire Kia staff on Jefferson Davis Highway are new (except one Finance individual), I called the service tech to voice my complaint so she could make a note for the future to not vacuum the back seat or the trunk of my car and not move anything in my car. 11/19/2024: service tech "Victor" had put air in all 4 tires that had been reading 33 PSI at that time.
