Nicole was very nice and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and thorough in her review of the service inspection with me. I think costs for service is high. All dealerships in the industry charge too much for service. Kia does not from others in their prices for service. I definitely do not fault Nicole for this. She did a great job for me.
