Dealership Sales Review
Although I was initially happy with the customer service I received in the purchase of my 2008 Escalade, I was disappointed in my further dealings with the company. The side view mirrors were broken on the truck. When we brought this up they told us they would fix it at their cost. We agreed to this and it was written on the we owe. We live about an hour away from the company. We made an appointment and came back later to get the vehicle fixed as agreed. The appointment was for 8am. Since it's our only vehicle for our 4 kids I had to stay up there with the vehicle while it was getting fixed. After 2 hours the service department comes to me and asks if I was under the impression that this would not cost me anything. Of course I said yes. She then explained to me that what they "meant" was that they would fix it at "their cost" meaning I would pay their cost. I was already a little upset with this and that it took 2 hours for me to get this information. I said well how much is that going to be? It took another hour and a half for them to come to me with an estimate for $1400 to fix what was broken on the vehicle before we bought it. So I spent 3.5 hours at the dealership and 2 hours of driving for nothing to get done and they didn't even have the parts. So I would have to come back again anyway if I agreed to pay that ridiculous amount of money. Very highly disappointed and felt like a play on words.
