I can't say enough about my Tundra I just bought or my experience buying at Ralph Hayes! First, I totally love my Tundra. Second, the sales experience was outstanding. My salesman, Parke and the manager Louis were outstanding, knowledgeable and pressure free. They assessed what I needed by actually talking to me learning what I need not trying to push a car on me that didn't match my growing family. They took time and when they didn't have what I needed in my price range they kept me in mind and then called me back when they did. Never did they push or pressure me! Parke was outstanding and so very friendly. Louis moved mountains to get it in my price range. Both were very open showed me exactly the price they paid what they did in shop etc. They gave me an awesome deal and gave me well over on my trade in! Parke and Louis were amazing and I'm grateful for them staying hours past the time they were to get off to get me the deal I could afford. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I see!!!
