I purchased my 2018 RAV4 from Ralph Hayes,Anderson,SC. Joseph Paul explained about every button on my RAV4. I traded my 2016 RAV4 for a newer one. My 2016 was purchased from another Toyota Dealership and no information was explained about buttons & settings.Thank you Joseph Paul!!
