Dealership Sales Review
Having my worst On-line car buying experience with these guys. It has taken 3 weeks to nearly a month to complete a simple purchase. If you like excuses, arrogance, poor communication,etc..... from Management to Sales, this is the place. After 2 and a half weeks I had to put a complaint into the Parent Company (Penske Automotive) in another state to be able to complete the purchase that still took another week and a half. I buy cars On-line often and have never experienced anything like this. I've had to reschedule transporting the vehicle more than once with because of this and pay for adjustments. Spoke with Erik Laberge (Manager) on June 10th after complaint and he assigned another salesman and assured me that he would keep me informed on the purchase.......It is June 21st and I only spoke with him 2 times those next 2 days after the phone conversation with management. The car is in transit now, no one form Mercedes Benz of Warwick has even confirmed the pick-up by transporter.
