Toyota of Smithfield

My boyfriend and I went to Colonial Toyota a few days ago. I was planning on purchasing a Toyota that day. We were welcomed at the door by a sales person, who saw someone he knew behind us and (instead of politely saying, "I know these people, would you please excuse me?) told another sales person to help us as he was rushing out the door. The person assigned to help us followed him outside into the service garage. We stood there without being helped by anyone else on the sales floor (there were no other customers and about 3 visible sales people around). Eventually the person who was supposed to help us came back inside, walked past us without making eye contact and went to the back of the showroom. He came out a few times, saw us standing there, and made no attempt to help us. We ended up just walking out. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
