I've purchased some cars in my life and this purchasing experience is by far the absolute best experience yet. Albeit, this review and referral as I usually do not refer people to dealerships. All my research and negotiation's were done on-line through Metro's on-line sales department and this experience was pain free. I stuck to my guns and price point and it paid off. We got a terrific deal - I believe the best one we could get. Upon entering Metro, I immediately noticed a warm and inviting environment, much different from other dealerships I had visited (5 total); all personnel looked upbeat and greeted us cheerfully. I also noticed that in a time of economic turbulence, Metro Motor Group was selling cars. And quite honestly, it's was not a surprise. My experience here has been a positive one and I would recommend Metro to all Honda buyers in RI/MA. My hope and expectation is that their Service Department serves the same glowing service.
