sales manager changed trade-in offer at last moment

I had appointment at1pm with manager Brandon he sent associate Justin to take info.Brandon comes over at 1.30pm to give sales pitch,Justin goes back and forth between Brandon and I with final offer of $25000.00 for my trade.I agree to offer and Justin goes to get papper work.Brandon comes back and says he wants to change offer to $22700.00 because they wont make enough on trade.It toock another 20 min. to get my keys and credit card back.It was 1.50hr of aggravation for nothing.This is the way METRO SELLS CARS!!!
