II was more than likely selling to a private party. I told him no I had the report and if selected they could. "Don't worry it wont hurt your credit" Red Flag#2. I asked for the appraisal. He left and came back with the dreaded computer problem Red Flag #3. He said he would get back to me tomorrow. There was no appraiser and the hours cited were clearly Stan's the salesman hours Red Flag #4. Manager Paul was no better" I am trying to make it easy for you. I told him that would be the case if any one of the three people including him listened to the customer.
