Wyoming Valley BMW

I have been with Wyoming Valley BMW since 2009 and have purchased many vehicles from them but my most recent experience was the absolute best! I custom ordered a 2023 BMW x4 30i. My sales advisor, Maurice LeDoux has worked with me for many years and knew exactly what options I wanted. Working with him was phenomenal. This dealer had no allocation for an x4 but submitted my order anyway instead of turning me away. The order was accepted almost immediately and the time from order to delivery to the dealer was 21 days exactly! Then this dealership did the impossible: General Manager, Steve Ubaldini Jr., got the vehicle imputed into the system on his day off and Alicia from service got it through the service department in a matter of hours while PBMW Geniuses, Cody and Mandy activated the features on my x4. The entire process was flawless and I cannot thank everyone at the dealership enough in getting me my x4 on a Saturday (the 22nd day from order) as opposed to making me wait until Monday to pick it up. I would never buy a BMW from any other dealer. Thank you Maurice, Steve, Alicia, Cody and Mandy!
