Faulkner Buick GMC

Our family is has purchased many cars from the Faulkner dealership over the years and have been quite please until the past few years. John Brown was hands down the best sales person that dealer ship had. God rest his soul. Since then the sales team has fallen off considerably. They do not call back, show no interest in helping the customer get the best deal possible, think they are above customers with their comments and snickers when asked questions. They simply do not care about the customer and if you are a woman look out. Needless to say we will not be purchasing any cars from this dealer ship any longer. We have found a new GMC dealership that is accommodating and very customer friendly.
